Weight Loss Surgery Seminar

Anyone interested in attending a free,
informational seminar is invited and encouraged to bring interested
family and friends to share in the learning experience. Team members
Lisa Richard, bariatric clinician, Liz Grayson, bariatric coordinator,
and either Dr. Philip Gachassin or Dr. Dennis Eschete, bariatric
surgeon, will be on hand to explain the different procedures and to
answer your questions.
Information Needed
You will need to bring a picture ID and your insurance card. We will contact your insurance to verify benefits.
All
seminars are held at Lafayette General Medical Center, from 5:30 - 6:30
pm, in Owen Auditorium on the first floor across the hall from the
cafeteria.
